Victory Childcare Uganda was established in 1999, as a response to an
avalanche of orphans and vulnerable children created by the catastrophe
of HIV/AIDS and war in Uganda and it is devoted to enhance the
wellbeing of children and foster families through education,
counselling, Christian discipleship, sensitizations and income
generating activities.
